WORKSHOP AT HOBBY CRAFT AND GAMES

This beautifully painted oyster clock is being taught by Donna May at Hobby Craft and Games on 9 or 10th November.  Cost for day - Oyster clock, $115.00 or Powder Bowl - $100.  Cost includes 1/2 sheet mother of pearl, pattern packet, turned wood piece, tuition, and Kerry's famous morning tea!!  As the wooden pieces need to be hand turned please book well before hand so they can be completed.

DONNA'S BEAUTIFUL CUPBOARD

This delightful cupboard is a workshop at Hobby Crafts and Games with Donna May teaching.  The cupboard was made for the workshop and painted in Deep Plum and Cream.  Donna's work is always beautiful and she is a wonderful teacher.  Thanks for showing us Donna.

We had ten members for this workshop with Donna a nice number.  The Peacock was painted on a matt gold cardstock using a black gouache in outline to reveal the image.  I am looking forward to seeing the finished project frame by all.

Judith (from north Queensland) was in town so joined the workshop too.

Nice to see Jenny back on Saturday.  Mary is concentrating on her fine work.

This image gives you an idea of our workshop area.  There is a covered area outside the doors, where we sit in the warmth during the winter months, to have our lunch.
